*NOTE - These are not ready-made items. These are print-on-demand,
made-to-order items; they are not produced until an order is placed. I am
located in Hawaii, but I only create the designs myself, and I have a
production partner that assembles the products for me. I submit my orders, with
the design file, to my production partner and they assemble the product and
ship it out for me. My production partner is based in the USA, but their
printing facility is located in China, where the design is printed on the
material, assembled by hand, then packaged and shipped directly from their
printing facility. Production time is about 7-10 days.

VAT / Customs Fees:
Depending on your country, your package may be subject to local customs
taxes/fees. The customer is responsible for paying these fees. We will not
refund/replace orders due to non-payment of fees or refusal of delivery.

Cancellations / Returns:
Cancellations/changes must be made within 24 hrs from the time of purchase.
Once I submit the order to my production partner and the order goes into
production, I will no longer be able to make changes/cancel the order. Returns
must be made within 14 days from delivery to receive a full refund.
