Returns

We know you're gonna love it but…

Sweet Bella Bags is happy to accept returns on unused items in their original
packaging with their original tags. If you receive an item that doesn't meet
your expectations, we'll gladly accept returns and issue a refund or store
credit for your purchase within 7 days of order receipt, minus our original
shipping costs, even if your order shipped free. The only exception to this is
if you are returning an item due to something that is Sweet Bella Bags' fault.

We love our customers and want them to be happy, but we also encourage you to
read the listing description and pay close attention to the details of the item
you buy prior to purchase. For example, if you return an item because the
straps are made from webbing and not leather, even though the item's
description clearly states the material used, then you will be required to pay
return shipping on your item. We do our very best to describe each item to the
fullest so that you always know what to expect.

Shipping

Many of the items in Sweet Bella Bags' inventory ship for free. And while we
like to offer free shipping to our valued patrons, there may be shipping
charges on custom orders. Please reach out for shipping rates when placing a
couture or custom order.

We ship out orders as quickly as possible, but keep in mind that we make each
Bella Bag by hand with love. Because of this, it can take anywhere from 1 to 4
weeks from the date of order for your item to arrive. This timeframe fluctuates
depending on order velocity. Please order well in advance when ordering gifts
for birthdays and holidays.

percent exactly alike. We are artisans who celebrate the beautiful
imperfections of our craft; it's what makes each bag uniquely yours. This means
