Victorian Chatelain Bag with Sash Clip - Antique Black Leather Purse - All Original - Excellent Condition

This late Victorian or early Edwardian leather bag is in wonderful condition.
This is a super find. The leather is still really soft both inside and outside.
The cut steel chain and sash clip are in excellent all original condition.
These antique bags are getting harder and harder to find especially in this
great condition.

The clip is 2" long. The chains are each 8" long. The bag is 4 ½" by 5 ½"
wide. The clasp works perfectly. The hinges are good. There are no tears in the
leather. The inside brown suede is hand stitched. This is a wonderful addition
to a great collection because of its simplicity and condition. Please view the
